Kennesaw , City in Georgia – The community of Kennesaw is grieving the loss of Adriana Kaitlyn Dinh, a 17-year-old student who died following a car accident on March 28 in Marietta.
Adriana, a junior at Kennesaw Mountain High School, was also enrolled in college-level courses at Kennesaw State University, reflecting her strong academic ambition. Known to many as Ngoc Anh, she stood out as a hardworking and goal-oriented student who balanced her studies with athletics, participating in volleyball, cross country, and track and field.
Her contributions extended well beyond academics. Through her role in student government, Adriana completed more than 300 hours of volunteer service, earning admiration for her commitment to helping others. Friends and teachers describe her as disciplined, kind, and driven by a desire to make a difference.
“She had a clear vision for her future and worked tirelessly toward it,” one educator shared, noting her aspiration to pursue a career in medicine.
As the community prepares for memorial services, tributes continue to highlight the lasting impression Adriana made. Her story has also renewed conversations around road safety and the fragility of young lives.
Though her life was brief, those who knew her say her legacy of determination and compassion will not be forgotten.
