Longtime Queensbury High School teacher Marc Biddiscombe, has died Unexpectedly, in Queensbury, Municipality in New York State.

District leaders confirmed that Biddiscombe, who taught U.S. history and economics since 2000, died unexpectedly, prompting an

outpouring of tributes from across the school community.

Superintendent Kyle Gannon described the loss as deeply felt throughout the district..

“Queensbury is devastated by this loss,” Gannon said in a statement. “Marc was a dedicated educator, beloved by his students and his colleagues.

He had a remarkable way of connecting with all of his students.”

High School Principal Andrew Snide emphasized Biddiscombe’s classroom presence and long-term influence on upperclassmen.

“He made amazing connections with kids and had fun bringing real-world lessons to life,”

Snide said, noting that both students and staff are feeling the impact.

In Queensbury, many say Biddiscombe’s legacy will live on through the generations of students he taught and mentored.
